GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These E-Commerce Rules are a mandatory and integral part of the purchase and sale agreement concluded between the online store https://www.topled.lt customer, introducing you to the e-mail. the terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods in the store and establishing TOP LED and your rights and obligations related to the purchase and sale of goods by e-mail. in the store. 2. These Rules apply to the conclusion of any agreements between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale of the Goods. Before ordering any Goods in the online store, please read these Rules carefully and make sure you understand them properly. Please note that the Buyer must agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy before completing the order, and failure to do so will result in termination of the order and ordering of the Product.
3. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the rules at any time. The Seller shall publish the amended rules on the website of the e-shop.
4. These Rules and any Agreements between the Seller and the Buyer are concluded only in the national language.
5. In its relations with the Buyers, the Company shall follow the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts.
CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE - SALE AGREEMENT
1. Goods can be purchased in this e-shop by buyers:
1.1. able-bodied natural persons not less than 18 years of age;
1.2. minor natural persons between the ages of 15 and 18 with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except where they have personal funds at their disposal;
1.3. legal entities;
1.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
2. By approving these rules, the person confirms that he has the right to purchase the Goods in this online store.
3. The procedure for ordering Goods established by the Seller gives the Buyer the opportunity to check and correct errors before placing the final order.
4. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store, indicates the name and surname (in Latin letters) and delivery address, exact postal code, chooses the payment method and reads the "ORDER" button. order or choose another payment method. If the order is not paid, the contract is considered not concluded.
5. After preparing the order, the Seller sends the Buyer an e-mail informing that the goods have been sent to the Buyer.
6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the database of the online store.
YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. The buyer undertakes to provide only correct and complete data in the purchase form. If the data specified in the purchase form changes, the Buyer must update them as soon as possible.
2. The buyer undertakes to use the online store fairly and correctly, without compromising its operation or stable operation. If the Buyer fails to comply with this obligation, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend (terminate) the Buyer's access to the online store without prior notice and shall not be liable for any related losses of the Buyer.
3. The Buyer must pay for the ordered Goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
4. The Buyer must comply with other requirements established in these Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
TOPLED RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. The Seller undertakes to respect the privacy of the Buyer, to process the personal data of the Buyer only in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules, the Privacy Policy and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. The seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the e-shop functions properly.
3. The seller undertakes to comply with all the requirements of these rules.
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
1. The buyer may refuse the goods:
1.1. using electronic banking;
1.2. using Paysera services;
1.3. payment (credit or debit) card;
1.4. Bank transfer.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
1. Goods are delivered via courier service throughout the territory of Europe.
2. When buying for 20 Eur or more in the online store, we will deliver the goods for FREE *!
3. Orders up to 20 Eur will be delivered for a fee of 2.50 Eur (including VAT) in Europe*.
* Delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit is charged extra.
Delivery time: if the goods are in stock, they will be delivered within 1-2 days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will send the goods only after receiving your payment confirmation.
The buyer undertakes to indicate the correct delivery address when ordering the goods.
4. When picking up the shipment from the courier, be sure to check that the shipment is not damaged, the quantity of goods, the assortments of the assortment. In case of external damage to the shipment, discrepancies in the quantity or range of goods, the Buyer must not accept the shipment and return it to the courier. After the buyer has signed the acceptance documents of the consignment, it is considered that the consignment has been delivered properly and the buyer has no claims regarding the condition of the consignment.
5. Upon receipt of the shipment, check its contents to make sure that no ordered goods are missing. If the completed order does not contain all the goods, please inform us within 1-2 days. by e-mail info@topled.lt. Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
6. Delivery delays may occur during the holiday and quarantine periods.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES
1. The main features of each product sold and the warranty period are indicated in the product description in the online store www.topled.lt.
2. Defects caused by the manufacturer's fault during the warranty service shall be rectified by replacing the product with a similar new product.
3. The unserviceable goods shall be replaced with a new one upon receipt of the goods by the Seller and after assessing their condition.
4. Terms for replacement of defective or substandard goods:
4.1. 3-5 w. d. if the exchanged product is in stock;
4.2. 1 month or longer if the goods are not in stock.
5. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the replacement of a defective product with a new analogous product, the Seller undertakes to return within 3-5 days refund the buyer.
6. The Buyer may exercise the right to return the goods only if the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not changed.
7. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
7.1. if the product has been used in violation of the operating conditions specified in the instructions for use and installation of the product;
7.2. if the goods are mechanically damaged and such damage was not recorded at the time of acceptance of the goods;
7.3. if the failure of the product was caused by improper voltage sources, power supply failures, room electrical installation failures;
7.4. if the product has been installed incorrectly;
7.5. if the goods have not been used for their intended purpose;
7.6. failure caused by liquids, materials, objects inside the packaging or goods;
7.7. if the causes of the failure are directly related to natural disasters for which the Manufacturer or the Seller is not responsible;
7.8. if the goods have been dismantled or otherwise damaged after its acquisition;
7.9. if the faults have been rectified by a person not authorized by the manufacturer;
7.10. if the Buyer does not submit any of the documents confirming the purchase;
7.11. if the warranty period has expired.
8. The warranty is valid with the purchase document. Be sure to attach a copy of the invoice to the item.RETURNING THE GOODS
1. RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. The buyer has the right to return quality goods within fourteen calendar days without giving a reason for the return. The Buyer's written notice about the return of quality goods must be submitted to the e-mail address: info@topled.lt.
1.2. The buyer can exercise the right to return quality goods only if the returned goods meet the following requirements:
1.2.1. the product is unused, undamaged and has not lost its value;
1.2.2. the product must be packed in the original packaging of the manufacturer (the packaging must be undamaged, it must contain instructions and a warranty card, if they were delivered with the product); and if the goods are not completed, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned goods;
1.3. The Buyer must deliver the returned goods to the Seller by courier, indicating the data:

Contact number: +370665856281.4. The costs of transportation of returned quality or replaceable goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
NOTE. Please do not send goods via MAIL and SHIPMENT TERMINALS. Items in the mail and parcel terminals will not be picked up and will be returned to the Buyer.
1.5. The seller, after receiving the returned product and assessing its condition, within 3-5 days. d. returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer.
2. CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF UNSUITABLE GOODS
2.1. UAB TOPLED in accordance with the 2001 June 11 by resolution no. 697 “On Approval of Retail Trade Rules” and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, asks buyers to receive a written notice about the return of substandard goods and photos of the goods by e-mail. email info@topled.lt.
2.2. Goods of defective quality shall be exchanged for goods of suitable quality and the goods shall be returned in the cases and under the conditions specified in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code.
FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These rules of purchase and sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Any dispute arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
